Cancellations
Users may cancel a paid listing or advertisement request before it goes live on the platform.

Once a listing is published, cancellations will not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, users must contact our support team at support@arkproperty.in with their account details and transaction reference.

Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if:

The paid listing/service was not published due to an error on our part.

The payment was deducted more than once for the same service.

Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as:

Change of mind after the listing goes live.

Low response or lack of buyer interest in the listing.

Violation of Terms & Conditions that led to removal of the listing.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

Non-Refundable Services
Featured listings after promotion has started.

Banner or advertising slots once they are active.

Any service explicitly marked as non-refundable during purchase.

Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes regarding payments or refunds, users are encouraged to first contact arkproperty.in support.

If an amicable solution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of India and resolved under the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu courts.

Policy Updates
We reserve the right to revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Users will be notified of major changes via the website or email communication.
